Editorial Note
Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
All praise is due to Allah SWT, Lord of the worlds. Peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad SAW, his family, companions, and all his followers until the end of time.
With deep gratitude, we proudly present the inaugural edition of the alBIRUNI Journal of Islamic Education and Socio-Cultural Studies (BJIES). This journal, published by the Darul Faza Mularouz Foundation, serves as an academic platform that integrates Islamic education studies with socio-cultural dynamics. The presence of this journal is expected to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge, while also providing a space for academic dialogue among researchers, education practitioners, and scholars concerned with contemporary socio-cultural issues.
Finally, we extend our sincere appreciation to the authors, reviewers, and all parties who have contributed to the publication of this first edition. May this journal become a source of continuous good deeds (amal jariyah) for us all and bring benefits to the academic community.
